Croatia, Dubrovnik, Island Lopud
A place full of history
In an elevated position overlooking the unique backdrop – drawn by sandy beaches – is the villa, built in 1932, with a total of 15 rooms and its own boat loft. The spacious terrace and the impressive garden offer a unique opportunity to relax on the romantic nights of the island of Lopud. This historic property was built by the Vilina family, which settled on the island in 1792, due to the breath-taking location and the growing demand of this island in the early thirties.
The villa, which is currently used as a hotel, offers, besides the generous living space of 700 m², the possibility to relax on the inviting terrace or the balconies of the suites. The own boat lounging area is only 15 meters from the property and offers enough space for each yacht.
Due to its exceptional location, history and architecture, there is no limit to the imagination for individual use.
